Namaste! I'm Sameer Gupta — founder of AI/Biz and currently working on Artificial Intelligence at EisnerAmper, where I work alongside the Chief AI Officer on the problems that decide whether enterprise AI actually ships: adoption, governance, and architecture.

I've spent 20+ years leading software teams and have been shipping machine learning since 2011 — from ad-relevance algorithms & models to today's agentic systems running inside live audit, advisory, and assurance workflows. At EisnerAmper, I'm working with the Chief AI Officer on AI governance, adoption, and development, and own the applied LLM fine-tuning / AI stack end to end — model selection, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production monitoring.

Before that, a decade at Publicis Sapient leading engineering for cloud-native platforms at Albertsons, McDonald's, Verizon, Unilever, and Diageo.
